However, Steve isn't satisfied with this level of customer service which you won't find at your typical blog. Note that his complaint did not comply with DMCA guidelines, but we took him at his word.

The ensuing war of words on his blog (heavily censored) and here (unedited) causes Steve much grief. He decides to get tough and sic Jeff Dahmer on me:

Unlike you, I do not make assumptions especially when you send me a complaint with one email and a lawsuit threat with another--under a "Jeff Dahmer" moniker no less with a free email provider.

As for your threats, I do not have control over what the members post as it is an open forum. We have procedures in place to deal with complaints, and as you well know, the problem was rectified within 30 minutes of your complaint. If there is another issue that I'm not aware of, you have not identified it nor followed the procedures outlined in the DMCA. (Please do read up on it, though I notice your firm doesn't practice intellectual property law. Perhaps I can recommend one?)

And quite frankly, your threats are meritless. As a lawyer, you should know perfectly well there is no jurisdiction in Florida, and you have not complied with the procedures outlined by the DMCA. But by all means, continue huffing and puffing and spending precious time and money on your fools' errand. Fuckfrance needs its useful idiots and it might as well be you. I welcome the publicity. I hope you and your firm relish in what you've started. I will be contacting them and the Florida bar about your abusive behavior if you wish to waste any more of my time.
