I don't think you need to worry about a law suit. No lawyer in his right mind wants a nut like this for a client.

Well, maybe if the nut job client pays a HUGE retainer up front.

And besides, this particular nut job client has a lot of baggage. Think of the damage control the attorney is going to have to do when his poor, poor client has been communicating w/ the so-called "copyright infringer" under the pseudonyms of Jeff Dahmer and Hatemeister and using words like "asshole" in the correspondence.

Oh yeah, the judge and jury are just going to love him.
