I've asked the guy on these threads at least 12 times to explain his theory of damages. The silence is deafening. He has no damages.

I've asked him that, too; on this site and his own. And, of course, he knows the answer. In other words this threat of a (frivolous) lawsuit is intended only to intimidate and harass--or in lawyer-speak, it has only abject nuisance value.
