The folks at F__france.com have published the personal information of a Florida attorney, in the mistaken belief that he is me. At first, I thought it was silly, but now someone--presumably the site owner--has reported him to the Florida Bar and to his associates at his firm. I tried to email the firm and F__france's webmaster to notify them of the mistake, but the email to the firm bounced, which suggests to me that they may be getting some sort of email attack from F__france's members.

I am not the attorney they are harassing. I have never heard of him. Mr. Ngo, the purported owner of F___france.com, may have committed one or more serious crimes by tacitly encouraging his members to mistreat this man.
What next? Fred going to sue Shon for "tacitly encouraging" CAP to "mistreat" him?

I have absolutely nothing to lose here; I have done nothing wrong, and there will be no consequences for me. I am publishing this purely out of concern for the attorney whose information has been revealed. If he and his firm choose to take legal action, I will have no control over it whatsoever.

It's unfortunate that I lost my composure and hurt Mr. Ngo's feelings, but the solution is to calm down and behave like adults, not to torment random innocent people and lay a basis for civil and criminal actions.
