What to make of the apparent fact that there are two Steve Graham attorneys within 51 miles of each other? Coincidence?

If there truly are two Steve Graham attorneys within 51 miles of the other, why wouldn't the Hatemeister say "I'm not THAT Steve Graham?" Instead, he claims he is not "Steven Graham." Is this a case mirroring Clinton's famous line: "It depends on what the definition of 'is' is"? Does he really mean to say, he's not Steven Graham but might possibly be Steve Graham? This is pure conjecture on my part, but it reeks of legal sophistry.

But let's take what RCOH says at face value. Then, the question I'd like to know is why the Hatemeister is not listed in the Florida bar if he is an attorney as he and others claim?

If he's not an attorney or is using yet another pseudonym (ie., his real name isn't Steve Graham), the "real" Steve Graham could take the Hatemeister to court for a host of charges not the least of which is identity theft. If I were an attorney, I sure as hell wouldn't want my name tarnished by the "Hatemeister", "Jeff Dahmer", or the "Oprah of Hate." Imagine being a lawyer and getting reported to the bar for the actions of someone calling himself the "Hatemeister" and using your name. Yeah, I'd be pretty pissed.

Of course, the simplest explanation is usually the truth: That the Hatemeister really is Steve Graham, attorney in question. If this is true, then he faces severe problems as someone reported his behavior to the bar and firm.

Things don't look rosy for the Hatemeister no matter how you slice it. If the FBI comes knocking, I have no problems since everything is out in the open. Can the Hatemeister say the same?

This charade has gone on long enough. If the Hatemeister won't own up to the facts, I will investigate and find the truth myself. So before you dig yourself a bigger hole, RCOH aka Steve Graham, I suggest you apologize to the members of Fuckfrance and set the record straight. Those criminal charges are aimed in your direction, not mine.

Note to mods: it is no secret that he claims to be Steve H. Graham, so for the sake of completeness, let's not bother editing out that name. RCOH himself published that name on his blog and used it as a title for a thread here.

I don't think that this HOI guy is practicing law at the moment, but is a member in good standing in some bar, maybe not FL, though. From his blog, you know that he keeps up his legal ability to practice law, although he claims that he isn't now.

Perhaps a search of property tax rolls in Coral Gables would be more fruitful?

To my knowledge, no one has harassed him. From the email he sent me, it appears someone reported his behavior to the Florida bar and the firm where presumably the other Steve Graham works.

If he isn't that Steve Graham, then when that other Steve Graham comes knocking, he won't be messing around with this "hobby" news and forum site, but with the author and writer (and presumably attorney with bigger pockets) who should have known better--and who tarnished the name of "Steve Graham" with his unprofessionalism.

I wish no ill of RCOH/Hatemeister, but whatever happens is the result of his actions, not mine. That's why I recommend he apologize in full to the members of FF here and on his blog, own up to the facts, and hope for the best. But since he's a lawyer, I don't have high hopes.

MadRuskie, these internet fights can spill out into real life. A family on the east coast was killed by Islamofascists because of an internet fight. Steve H if he is indeed a practicing attorney could lose his license over this fight and I hope he does. No attorney should be able to start a legal proceding with Hey Asshole. That is far below minimal standards of professionalism.
