"Steve" is short for other names than "Steven", as you know.

I don't think that this HOI guy is practicing law at the moment, but is a member in good standing in some bar, maybe not FL, though. From his blog, you know that he keeps up his legal ability to practice law, although he claims that he isn't now.

Perhaps a search of property tax rolls in Coral Gables would be more fruitful?
