SchlockoftheBarn, let's keep it legalistic and let's keep funding irregular fighters and mining civilian harbors out of the definition of invasion for a moment (the ICJ ruled it as state terrorism though in 1986). I was of course also referring to the half dozen invasion BEFORE Ortega was elected in Nicaragua.
