.... at the time of his passing i made the assumption that it was a viral infection in his obit thread. he was in the hospital having treatment for a serious infection at the time of his death. i talked with his sister about two weeks later and found out cause of death was a blood clot to the heart. i passed that on to a couple of members in pm's sorry i didn't update the thread.

I'm sorry but reading through this I can't really make out if this is serious. It seems people are talking a bit too lightly about people dying for it to ring true...

Yes, it is true sadly. Some folks joke and laugh to honor the dead who had a well known sense of humor.

Others joke and laugh as a way of dealing with grief.


Either way, humor is not uncommon in this sort of situation and also respectable.
