To combat possible fraud, voting is restricted to long term members who have been full members for at least six months. Sorry if this sounds extreme or excludes you, but we needed some way to avoid vote rigging.
Not extreme enough for me...we all know there are multiple accounts here...
I'd say...at least a member for a year and at least a 1000 posts...
Where is the list? You gonna count our replies?

I think it is a excellent idea, I have said before I am not voting its too hard. I havent been here long enough and like a few people on the list and it was impossible to pick, I could not pick one and didn't feel comfortable with it. May the best man win.

It allows a result like:
"So, according to the votes, NancyDavis SHOULD be the next FF moderator, but I name G3S3B"
The title should be "Elect FF next moderator", with no ambiguity that the poll's winner WILL be mod, not only should be.

Living up to the tradition of Fuckfrance, I sure hope that we do not kowtow to the stinkies. I would also suggest as a victory speech / action that we have some open votes to ban some folks. Maybe intiate a reverse karma scheme to a pot that could be distributed to the poor bastards that were stuck on the thread or potentially for those former members who have passed, to retain some of their ranking?
Either way, no stinkies in a mod role

If it helps...I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.11...and a number of various add ons...
Never had a problem with any of your other polls.
I can see the poll resuilts in IE 7.0.5730.11 and firefox...when not logged in...
