Umfug has the right solution to this problem. For both the city of Berkley, CA and the university, withdraw all federal funds that they get. They don't have a right to this money anyway, and the funds should be conditional upon honoring the rights contained in the Constitution, our bedrock charter.

I keep hoping that someday the Big One happens right beneath that place.
