How do you do Maldani, or Amalfi or whatever the name you may use to satisfy your lack of personality ?

Can you please ask in a public thread to the MODS if one of those it was me? But if i wasn't you admit in public to be what i know already, a moron. Ok? Let's see if you have a little of balls or you are the usual frog.

given the last 2000 years of history, I'd think that Germans have a little French blood in them.

Germans, of course, excluding Austrians.

Congratulation, that is a stunning piece of work,; I remember when you posted a picture close to completion. That is such meticulous craftmanship and you are the only one that will see any imperfections.

Maybe this will help....

250-300 hours, I did not really count, mainly due to the fact that, lacking of a heating hydraulic press to glue the marquetry, I excluded the use of modern glues but rather relied on traditional ones, more likely to give the result I was looking for. The dark side is that is takes much more time to do the job.

And also all the energy you used to kill that mahogany
tree!....

Be optimistic : I helped the Africans who killed this tree to make their way to modernity and prosperity. :D
