(true) A few years back in Sydney airport while an American Airlines approached the East coastline of Australia, this conversation took place between a Sydney Tower controller and the Redneck American Airlines 707 pilot.

Sydney Tower: “American 2056, if you want to continue visual, report the field in sight”

American Airlines pilot: “Wilco American 2056”

2 minutes later...

American Airlines: “Sydney, American 2056, we have your Island in sight.

Sydney Tower: “OK American 2056….!!! So... can you do a 360° around that Island then come back later for landing”.

American Airlines pilot: “Heuhhh….”
