A San Francisco woman whose husband and two sons were gunned down last month — allegedly by an illegal immigrant who remained in the city despite previous crimes — is demanding the city do something about its sanctuary law.

Danielle Bologna was widowed on June 22 when Edwin Ramos, 21, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, allegedly gunned down her husband, Anthony, and two sons, Matthew and Michael, in a road rage incident when her family was returning from a picnic.

Ramos has been charged with three counts of murder in the case, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

"It was a senseless crime, and had they done something this animal would not have taken my family," Bologna told FOX News on Monday. "I feel that the government should have stepped in. I feel that they allow these immigrants to come in and how dare they strip our families like this."

The Chronicle reported that Ramos was convicted of two gang-related felonies while a juvenile and remained in San Francisco because the Juvenile Probation Department did not alert federal authorities. San Francisco's 1989 "City of Refuge" ordinance prohibits city agencies from contacting the feds on immigration matters.

I Want Justice The newspaper also found that federal officials knew about Ramos' immigration status in March when he was arrested on a gun charge, though they couldn't tell the Chronicle why they didn't put an immigration hold on Ramos.

Bologna blames the city.

"It should have been resolved at the beginning, when this guy had done more than one crime in the city," she told FOX News. "I want justice. I want the people to see: If my family wasn’t safe, what makes you think yours will be?"

All sanctuary cities should be denied federal funds until they repudiate that legal nonsense and get with federal law on illegal immigration. The Party of Jackasses is behind this. They want cheap gardeners, nannies, and kitchen help, as well as voters who will toe the Party line (assuming they can sneak them in to the polls on election days). Some Republicans want them around too for cheap labor.

Lay the blame for this right at the politicians' feet.

The mayor and the entire city council should be standing right next to this guy as accessories to his crime. Just like the guy that was driving the car during a drive by shooting would be charged with murder, they should also.
Mrs. Bologna should march into their next meeting and place them all under citizens arrest.

Too bad that no cockroach lawyer would have the balls in San Fransicko to indict the mayor and city Bolsheviks in federal court. That lawyer would have to move to Flyover Country to try to get his career back.

And an assault like this, though regrettable (though I don't know all the facts I always condemn gang style assaults on individuals) is not surprising in a blue-collar coal mining town with few opportunities and large numbers of illegals. These teens know that unless they are willing to work for an illegal immigrant wage, they have little chance for employment. Actually employers like to hire illegals regardless of the wage because illegals don't complain about work conditions. At any rate, now the fathers of these teens should go beat up the scum who gave this illegal immigrant jobs in the first place.

I just want to set the record straight on a few things. I AM AGAINST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. But, I also favor legal immigrants from Mexico and Latin America (as long as they're not Communists). I know you guys who live in the Southwest may have a preternatural hatred for them, but I don't. Most of them are here to work hard and find a better life. We need to get this mess solved, and make sure that the ones who get here legally, all within the system, assimilate into American life the right way.

The people from Latin America are mostly Catholics or Evangelical Christians. Solid folk. Yeah, there are criminals who get in and do some really bad shit here. I think if you sealed the border and then instituted a more rational system that gives work permits and green cards, the baddies will mostly not be here. And the ones who do cause trouble, since they will be somehow documented, will be kicked out. But overall I would much, much rather have Latin Americans in here than Muslims.

Get rid of the damn Muslims.
