..agree that there has to be some kind of legal action from the bottom up....as san franfreaKo will say the municipality isn't responsible for enforcing federal law--on and on to whatever LEVEL of gubmint can and will get screwed for years of their unenforcement of existing laws.
Hope there is continued follow-up here as I do believe that others will back this woman financially to get something going.
