Is Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama a natural born U.S. citizen.

His critics and his foes have spent a good deal of time raising doubt and spreading rumors that he’s not.

Today, Steve Marquis of Fall City
filed a lawsuit in King County Superior Court directing Secretary of State Sam Reed to get the proof – or remove Obama’s name from ballots.

He argues in a 30-page document:

“To avert likely civil unrest and a constitutional crisis…this complaint seeks to resolve such complaints prior to the election. It was incumbent on the candidates to present such documentation, but to date Mr. Obama has failed to do so.

Obama sought to put down this pesty rumor when he posted a picture of his birth certificate online here.

The respected FactCheck.org run by the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania examined the document and concluded here that there’s no doubt he was born in Hawaii in 1961.

Reed forwarded the matter to the Attorney General’s Office. Ballots are still slated to be mailed this week.

We can't let the Constitution be ignored!

It is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the “qualifications” to be President of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “Vault” [original long version] Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.

How is it obvious that Obama was born in Kenya? Just because he has not (or can not) produce a birth certificate from Hawaii, how does that mean he was born in Kenya?

Documents do get lost, and if this is the case, where did his internet copy come from? Evidence would point to a valid vault copy out there somewhere.

Lets be honest, if he produces his vault copy of his birth certificate he can lay to rest ANY doubt to his citizenship. This lone fact that seems to be fought tooth and nail points to something more than what we see on the surface.

If Obama does not want to pay for the postage I can cover him on it all he has to do is make arrangement for me to go pick it up and I will make sure it gets mailed out!

The doubt comes from Obamas Kenyan grandmother. From his grandmothers words : Obamas mother was refused flight back to Hawaii because she was too far along in her pregnancy and they did not want a birth on the airplane ( remember this is 1961 ).
Obamas grandmother stated that she was present for the birth in Kenya and that Obamas mother flew to Hawaii shortly afterwards to file the paperwork. Actually - this isn't the biggest problem.

When Obamas mother married Obama's step father and moved to Indonesia (which was in a state of war at the time), Indonesia did not offer dual citizenship. Obamas mother lost her US citizenship and Obama did also when his stepfather adopted him. Obama's mother sent him back to Hawaii when he was 10 years old and there is doubt that his mother followed the "legal route to citizenship" - thus making Obama an illegal alien. He refuses to produce the legal documents. The DNC is also putting up a smoke screen. Evidentally they don't a very thorough bacground check when running for office. Imagine what an embarassment to the DNC this could be?
There may be a lot of thruth here especially with the remark that Michelle Obama made when questioned about it. As Follows:

"There is no shame in being adopted by a step father. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by His step father"

Notice the point that NO LAW will stop him?
