St. Ignatius (Cleveland, OH) coach Chuck Kyle tells U.S. national team kids in pre-game speech, " A lot of people died protecting those three letters, (USA), let's earn this!"
Then they go out and dismantle the fWench.
Gotta love it!

American football is only practiced by few french who bow to US subculture.
A real french would play rugby or soccer.

American football is your national sport. No suprise. There are only a handfull of american football players in France.

You will be defeated the same score in a pelote basque competition against basque players.

This sounds like soccer in the USA. Yet we still beat your Euroweenie teams like Spain.

Frogs are too pussified for football. They need to stick to girlie pursuits like ballet and soccer.

Yeah, I heard they tried to play touch football, but it invariably turned into a grope orgy. They can't seem to get past the point where the quarterback gets to put his hands on a bent over man's crotch. They would have better luck just playing Smear the Queer.

Congrats to the US team,.. but seriously,.. did anyone really expect anything different?

What is funny to note is the french are generally poor sportsmen and tend to go to "cheap shots" and cheating when they are being humiliated,...

I'm sure they thought better of that practice against this team. :D

I would have expected the frogs to do better given their skills at head-butting.

Still, the frogs will accuse the US football team of taking durgs.

Finally, one of those international tournaments I actually care about and think would be worth watching......if anybody could even remotely compete.

As a matter of fact you're wrong. There are over two times more soccer license-holders in the USA than in France. (4.187.000 vs 1.8 million as of 2006).

A little less than 9.000 French license-holders play "Football". Couldn't find the American figures, but it probably numbers in the millions.

Sheer numbers + the cultural edge = no surprise.

Wow, pelote basque certainly has a big following. We would also lose to the French in a white flag waving contest

As we've mentioned numerous times, in America soccer is a sport strictly for little kids and for girls. Period. It is not a sport for men. One pro league after another has failed due to lack of interest. Many very large universities are so disinterested that they don't even bother fielding men's soccer seams. They gladly shell out the money for 85 scholarships in football as well as all the millions of dollars needed for equipment but even say 5 scholarships for soccer and a few thousand for equipment? Nah. No interest. Its a wise decision too. Football packs the 90,000+ seat stadium on campus and the conference gets billions of dollars from networks for the broadcast rights soccer gets.... *tumbleweed blows by*.......

This is retarded. Do you expect Americans to defeat French at Petanque?

Perhaps a competition in Nihilist Literature writing?

Of course Americans win at American football. Americans also win at Hamburger Preparation.

Back to McDo's now kids.

Its easy to understand why the French team lost:

A)Their best players were benched (being saved for the second half) for the whole first quarter, until the score was too high against them to ignore.

B) It was almost halfway through the second quarter when the French discovered their defense was allowed to move from their lineup on the scrimmage.

C) At halftime half the team gave up and went home*. The other half signed up for the opposition team as cheerleaders.

*They have reserved seats for the Championship game on the 50 yard line. So they can say they were there.

The Brits used to give us countless hidings when we started to play their national sport, rugby. That was in the 1910's. A few decades later, France played in the big league. Nowadays, even the mighty All Blacks from New Zealand fear the French team.

Give us some time and some other harsh beatings. We'll learn how to play US football, and, hopefully, we'll kick your Yankee asses.

Keep dreaming - the average size of an American offensive linemen is about 6 foot 3 inches in the high 290s-300 pound range. Some can weigh as much as 350 pounds. A fullback would be about 6 foot 2 inches and 240 pounds.

French men, the standard size today is about 5 feet 7 1/2 inches tall and 170.6 pounds

Forget about time,.. you better do some growing.

There are very few things Flinch are interested in. Their stomach, their pocket..that's about it. And time indeed does not change French aversion to soap and decency
