It is traditional in many American elementary schools for teachers to give an end-of-school year memento to departing students. And what better gift to send than a DVD filled with memories of the past school year? Pictures of your classmates, school functions, class trips, that sort of thing.

Unfortunately, Isabelle Jackson Elementary school Fifth grade students got a little more in their DVD - pictures of their teacher having sex.

25-year-old Crystal Defanti accidentally inserted the racy pictures of herself in the video clip that shows students sharing stories in the classroom. When they start clapping, the picture cuts suddenly to a video of her in action.

"It goes from my son, straight to her on the couch," said 'Joe,' who saw the video along with his son and did not wish to be identified. "My son's reaction was, 'Dad, is that Ms. Defanti?' We were up till midnight doing the 'birds and the bees'."

The teacher called his home the next day, crying hysterically, apologizing profusely, and asking him to call every other parent to stop their kids from seeing the DVD, too.



The Elk Grove Unified School District is investigating, but legal experts say it's unlikely that Defanti, who is well liked & respected, will lose her job.

"It's felony stupid, but it's not a crime," said defense expert Ken Rosenfeld. "Is it something that she should be disciplined for? Absolutely, but fired? She didn't intend for this to happen."

School officials say a new, more appropriate, DVD will be sent to students in the coming days.

Why is it so unreasonable to fire a TEACHER for doing something "FELONY STUPID"?

Good way to thin out the herd if you ask me. Separate normal teachers from felony stupid teachers. It's a good start anyway.

BTW, I have noticed a drunk/slutty trend with female teachers these days. Some friends of friends of mine are teachers. Aside from their Peter Pan sense of politics, many of them they don't seem like very stable human beings to me.

If she's too stupid to watch the DVD before she handed it out, isn't it safe to assume her teaching generally isn't that great, and firing her can only be a good thing?

Hell, when I was in elementary school I remember a substitute teacher took me out into the hallway and slapped me in the face and they didn't fire her, either. She didn't even deny it, just said that everyone in the classroom was talking and she was "getting flustered". There was also that teacher who they raided the house of on suspicion that she was dealing marijuana to her students. The police found an entire trash bag full of weed under her bed. She said it was all her husbands and she didn't know anything about it, despite that it was her that the police were originally suspicious of. She not only walked and wasn't fired, but she was promoted to being a guidance counselor on top of it. Incidentally I remember a school in Baltimore received a million dollars in federal money to renovate the school. They decided to spend the entire million as a salary for a consultant to come up with ideas of in what way the school could be improved. The only idea she came up with during her entire years stay was that they should color-coordinate the paper clips they use based on the seasons of the year (white for winter, green for spring, yellow for summer, orange for autumn). Your tax dollars at work.

The teacher's union is the most corrupt union in America. That they're also the most leftist politically should be no surprise to anyone. Leftists are like niggers, you put too many of them in one place or in one organization and the whole thing goes to shit.

It's very reasonable and should be done at once.Too many of the younger generation have issues in the morality/taste/common sense department.Now these sluts are teaching kids.Enough is enough.
