Obama Hits Lowest Approval Mark

Independent voters see Pres. Obama in a negative light by a nearly 2-1 margin, according to a new Marist College survey, while almost half of voters say he has failed to meet their expectations.

The poll, conducted Feb. 1-3, showed just 44% of registered voters approving of Obama's job as president. 47% disapprove. But among indie voters, Obama's approval rating sits at a terrible 29%, while his disapproval rating is at 57%.

Obama's 44% job approval rating is the lowest he has scored in any non-internet poll since moving into the WH, according to a review of data compiled by Pollster.com.

And while GOPers strive to avoid attacking Obama personally, for fear of offending voters who see him in a favorable light personally, even that aura of invincibility is wearing off. Independent voters view Obama negatively, too, by a 39% favorable to 52% unfavorable margin. All registered voters still see Obama favorably by a 50%-44% margin, but that's down 5 points in just 2 months.

Voters are disappointed in what they got with Obama's first year. The poll shows 47% believe Obama has failed to meet their expectations -- including a quarter of Dems, 65% of GOPers and 53% of indie voters -- while just 42% say he has met their expectations. 38% say Obama's policies are moving the country in the wrong direction, while 37% say they're making the country better.

Meanwhile, members of Congress should brace for a difficult election year. 42% of registered voters said they would back their current member of Congress, while 44% said they would support someone else -- a drop of 9 points in support of the incumbent in just 2 months.

The Marist College poll surveyed 910 registered voters for a margin of error of +/- 3.2%.

When you expectations go against the very fabric and foundation that our country was based upon then you are 1) a traitor, and 2) a fool living in fantasyland 3) all of the above.

You know, sometimes people do lie and one of the conclusions that I drew in this past presidential election is that with 95% of blacks voting for Obama their vote was purely racial and racist.

A year from now, if things aren't looking up, Obama will be in sub-Bush second-term territory.

This guy has done nothing positive while in the Oval Office, talks a lot of hot air, but is shown to be highly infective with a congress that held a majority of seats that made a repub filibuster impossible.

More people are starting to see him for what he is, and its great watching these libtard losers starting to self doubt themselves. It's great watching all of their hopes and dreams being dashed away, one dead elected official at a time.

Rasmussen has Obumbler's STRONGLY DISAPPROVE at 41%.

That puts 41% STRONGLY DISAPPROVE while 44% somewhat agree. Holy trouncing in November Batman.

As to getting as low as Bush, it won't happen. Those of on the right got pissed at his spending on principles. Leftists do not have principles. I figure there are 12% Blacks at 95% approval that's 11.5% as the very bottom. Then there is the loony left self identified liberal which is 20%. Figure that a total 3% of that liberal vote is the black vote gives you 17% not black. Now we have 28.5% as the very bottom Obumbler can fall to. Add in the 'Bradley Factor' and we get at least another 6% percentage points which gives us 34.5% as his absolute bottom even if he killed someone on live TV.

A trait that is in short supply with most black politicians. What they got was a far left nigger whose policies are out of step with main stream America. I think many of supporters fully believed he'd usher in some sort of sweeping "social justice" "wealth redistribution" / reparations as he had promised.

The 44% that approve must consist of black separatists, black panthers, illegal aliens and people on welfare. What a bunch of tools.

Don't forget that 44% could have been thrown into the "somewhat agree" pool, the ones that strongly approve of obunbler would be probably lower, and those would be the scum you already called out. Just for good measure throw in University Professors, and guilt ridden white apologist.

They are pretty damn clear about their extremist beliefs. It's funny, they always say "demand [insert from list above or create your own] IS A HUMAN RIGHT".
