Welcome to London, raghead!!!
Welcome to London 2012: Tourist has illegally parked car BLOWN UP...and then (naturally) he's given a ticket

As any Londoner knows parking in the capital can be a tricky business even at the best of times.
So no doubt there will be a collective wave of sympathy for tourist Nima Hosseini Razi who is today counting the cost of being illegally parked on the city’s streets.
The business student discovered that you do not just run the danger of a fine if you leave your car in the wrong spot - after anti-terrorist officers blew up his Ford Mondeo.
His misfortune began yesterday morning while on a 24 hour jaunt around London when the vehicle began to have problems as he was driving around Parliament Square.
But his bad luck continued as the car broke down in Storey’s Gate, just yards from the House of Commons and Westminster Abbey.
He called for a repairman and wrote a polite note explaining: “Dear Sir or Madam, this car is broken. I am just waiting for the AA to arrive. Please do not fine! Thank you, yours sincerely.”
He then wandered off to do a spot of sightseeing - paying a visit to Buckingham Palace, a 15 minute walk away.
But in a valuable lesson to tourists heading to this summer’s Olympics he learned the hard way that alas when it comes to security no one is taking any chances.
When the abandoned vehicle was discovered, officers decided it was a potential risk and evacuated the area so they could carry out a controlled explosion.
When Mr Razi, who is studying for a MBA at the University of Wales, returned he found officers picking their way through the remains of his mangled car.
And of course with utter predictability a traffic warden arrived on the scene and issued him a ticket, before his car was towed away.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “We can confirm there was a suspect vehicle at Stories Gate at 10.20am on Wednesday and a controlled explosion took place and the incident was subsequently deemed as non-suspicious.”

Why the fuck do countries impoverish themselves and cause holy hell for their citizens for 'honor' to fuck themselves with the Olympics?
You know what really blew the doors off for Greece.
That's right - The Olympics. An orgy of corruption that finally broke the bank.

The Brits are part of the Anglo-Sphere and not a bunch of Grease-balls. Things will be handled differently.

"Nima Hosseini Razi".....come on, the Brits are not stupid. They ran the plate, called the car rental company, found out it was rented to a fucking muzz, and they blew it up. Good call.

If he had stayed with his car instead of going walkabout, it would have never happened. Just yards from Parliament an abandoned car. What are the police supposed to think?

I realise you are an expert on the law for every country you visited pip ; but you forgot one tiny little law; that is the right to be presumed innocent until convicted in a Court of Law (or found innocent).
Nobody has a right to blow up your car unless there is a specific law permitting it; AND THAT LAW MUST BE COMMONLY KNOWN (and/or Advertised [like a `no loitering` sign outside a Marrakesh toilet]). (Still no Karma from you buddy)
Here is an example of the lack of knowledge of the law in the UK.
In the video in the UK, a Judge was served an arrest warrant by the public for breaking the Magna Carta (olde common law) and preventing the public from their legal rights.
The cops were unable to figure out what to do for a while as a hundred freemen took over a court.
The video is banned from being seen in the UK.
Only those outside the UK are allowed to see the video. Its not great; but is shows ordinary people are getting pissed-off in the UK.

Let me guess, and I'm really going out on a limb here, you're not an attorney in the UK.
You're the kind of attorney who's present in every bar spouting your pronouncements on the law. What a dumbass!! We have millions like you here in the US, we used to call them bums, now they're called homeless.

Spot On!
And if it had been 30 years ago and they'd found it was rented by someone with an Irihs name and/or from Northern Ireland .... they'd have done EXACTLY the same!
Over the years, I've encountered a fair number of morons who think the rules do not apply to them - since they've got or are studying for a MBA ("Moronic Bloody Arsehole").
As a result, I've come to the conclusion that showing ANY iota of "COMMON-SENSE" will get you expelled from the course!
Given this particular MBA students mind-numbing display of naive stupidity - he should have been awarded his Certificate the moment he returned to his classes!
Makes you wonder where some people were when the Brain Cell was given out!
